Our boutique hotel in Toscolano offers guests a unique experience. The structure, which opened in 2022, was born from a great love for art, design and attention to detail, all of which can be appreciated in the ten rooms and the common areas (indoor and outdoor). We pay close attention to the environment and provide personalised services to our customers. Thanks to our passion for hospitality, we strive daily to give our guests exceptional stays and unforgettable experiences.
The spaces
The common areas are clustered around a bright glass-enclosed veranda overlooking the surrounding mountains and the beautiful Church of Saints Peter and Paul in Toscolano. Also on the terrace is the breakfast room, where you can start the day admiring the centuries-old olive trees and the typical vegetation of the lake. Breakfast, aperitivos and evening drinks can also be served in the garden. For breakfasts and aperitivos, only high-quality Italian products are used.
There is a bar with a sitting area and a lounge area with five comfortable designer armchairs, where you can relax and enjoy a book or a selection of local and international newspapers.

“Boutique hotel” is a definition imported from the United States, where it has been used since the 1980s to indicate small hotels with a lot of character where attention to detail and personalised service are the main focus. They offer a different experience to large hotel chains that are often standardised and do not reflect the local setting.
